- In the top row enter a recent race distance (can
include a decimal point) and select km's or miles.
- In the second row enter the time you ran for the
distance above.
- In the 3rd row enter the new distance you want a
predicted time for (can include a decimal point) and select km's or miles.
- Press the calculate button.
- The predicted time for your new distance is shown in
the bottom row.

marathon = 13.1 miles, Full marathon = 26.2 miles
