Summer Solstice Run |

A run out into the country finishing at a pub for a pint and something to eat on the longest day of the year (along similar lines to the xmas eve run except we don't get cold and muddy).
As the solstice will fall on different days of the week each year it will normally take place during the evening taking full advantage of the light nights to get further afield.
Please note you will not need to run naked or daub your body with paint!

The inaugural Solstice run finished at the Kettleby Cross pub in Melton Mowbray. There was a 5, 7 and 11 mile option for the run that took place on 21 June. |
