As well as putting on a first class race for serious athletes and a fun run for the not so serious, we also try to raise money each year for a local good cause.

This year our chosen charities are the Nottingham and Lincolnshire Air Ambulance and the Lincolnshire St John's Ambulance.

So if you are running in either race why not consider trying to raise a bit of sponsorship money as well.

All the proceeds of the fun run will also go to the above charities.
